UTTAR BASTI

A Powerful Ayurvedic Panchakarma Therapy for Reproductive & Urinary Disorders

🔍 What is Uttar Basti?

"Uttar" means upward or superior, and "Basti" refers to medicated enema. In Uttar Basti, specially prepared herbal oils or decoctions are introduced into the body via the vaginal (in females) or urethral/rectal route (in males) to reach and heal the pelvic organs.

It is deeply cleansing, rejuvenating, and works directly on the reproductive and urinary systems.

Uttar Basti is a unique Panchakarma procedure in Ayurveda, specially recommended for genito-urinary disorders in both men and women. It involves the administration of medicated oils or decoctions through the urethral or vaginal route, depending on the gender and condition.
